No preservatives. No shortcuts. Just a proper Kerala-style pickle that's full of flavour. We make each jar to order, in small quantities, the same way we do for family.
Storage & shelf life:
Keeps for up to 5 months at room temperature, and up to 12 months if refrigerated.
Always use a dry spoon, and if refrigerated, warm it slightly before eating — either on the stove or in the microwave.
